This children’s bookcase displays the books’ front covers making it easy for your child to see and pick out the book they want, all by themselves. It also motivates your kids to read independently and helps to grow a love of books from a young age. Give books pride of place in your home.
To ensure that your child stays safe whilst using the Tidy Books bookcase, its top needs to be securely screwed to the wall. It is finished with water lacquer with low VOCs which is safer for the producer, the environment and your little ones.
Designed by a mum in sustainable wood with no MDF. Shipped in a practical small box, the bookcase comes flat pack and is very easy and quick to assemble. Hardware is included in the box.
Designed by a small British company, each piece is handmade and therefore individual.

About Tidy Books
Tidy Books was created by a mum to encourage her children’s love of books and get them reading.
“Everything I make is designed to be fun and enjoyable for children, to draw them in and foster their sense of independence.
I created the Tidy Books bookcase because ordinary children’s bookcases decorated or not made no sense to me – books fall out. Plus how can you put such thin books of different sizes on an ordinary shelf? A box doesn’t work either as the kids can’t see the covers. I wanted something that works well for kids and their books and looks good too, so I created the original Tidy Books children’s bookcase for my daughter in 2004. And this changed the way books are presented to children in the home.
I make sure all my designs are stripped back to keep them looking stylish so they blend easily into a home. It’s about creating a timeless classic that can be passed down through the generations.

Why We Love It
If your baby is sleeping in their own room it’s a peace of mind! No more getting up in the middle of the night to check, the sensor pad is so great and detects any lack of movement.We love browsing books before choosing which one to read. Why shouldn’t our kids be able to do the same!
We love the way this bookcase allows children to pick their own books, and encourages their learning of the alphabet in a passive but effective way.
With a stylish design, it doesn’t look out of place in our modern kitchen or our baby’s cutesy nursery….not to mention that until our kid gets older, we’ve taken over the top shelf for our own books!

Standard Delivery – Free on orders over £50, otherwise £8

Exceptional circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather or courier delays may cause your
order to take longer to deliver.
Next-day Delivery – £8
Order by 2pm for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.
If you order later than 2pm, but need it the next day give us a call and we will do our best to help.
International delivery (outside of the UK)

Returns
Return orders to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. If you are outside of this period, contact
us and we will do our best to help.
We will refund the product price and the original delivery cost (unless you are returning only part of
