Refund and Returns Policy

  • Return any items you have purchased from mylittlebubba.co.uk for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If you are outside the 30 day period, do contact us and we will do our best to help you.
  • Products must be in the unused condition in which you received them, and in its original box.
  • Please ensure that when you return a product, it is securely packaged so that it reaches us safely and in good condition.
  • Before returning a product, you will need a Return Authorisation Number.
Obtaining a Return Authorisation Number

Email us at info@mylittlebubba.co.uk setting out the following information:

  • Your name;
  • The product to be returned;
  • Your order number; and
  • Reason for return.

We will then send you a Return Authorisation Number (“RAN”) in an email. Please note that we will not accept returns without a RAN.

Once you have the RAN
  • Please send us the product to be returned to 55 Albury Drive, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 3RL as soon as possible after receiving your RAN.
  • Please ensure that your name, the order number and the RAN are contained in the returned package.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for returns until they arrive safely to this address.We do not accept responsibility for any damage caused to the product in transit, therefore please ensure that you package it up carefully and securely.
Returning non-faulty products
  • We will refund you the full cost of the product plus the original delivery charge unless you are returning only part of the order.
  • You will be required to pay the cost of delivery for the return.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to reduce the value of your refund if the product is not returned in “as new” and pristine condition.
Faulty products
  • Please let us know by email at info@mylittlebubba.co.uk as soon as possible after receipt of the product that it is faulty or damaged.
  • We would always recommend that you also take photos which you can then send us.
  • We will reimburse you the cost of delivery for returning the product.
  • We will give you a full refund for the price of the product.
  • We will only refund you the original delivery charge unless you are returning only part of the order. If it was part of a broader delivery of products, we cannot refund the delivery charge.
